Clients that have received training or consulting services from The Martyn Group will automatically receive our support on quick questions that might arise in the course of managing projects, or using Microsoft Project. If you were in a training class just remind us of the location and date, and use thecontact page information to submit your question to us. You will receive a response within 12 hours of the receipt of your email.
In-depth research, review or planning of your project or documentation, do not qualify as quick support questions. We would contact you if your question fits the research and review category.
For any individual or organization who requires support, but has not contracted services from The Martyn Group we will be happy to establish a support contract with you. Support can be contracted on a monthly or yearly basis, or by number of support questions.
